Order Processing

All Soft Terrain pieces are made to order especially for you.

Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or holidays, production times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to prepare orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been produced, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Local Production & Dispatch

To reduce delivery times and minimise environmental impact, Soft Terrain works with trusted local production partners in multiple countries.

Whenever possible, your order is printed and dispatched from the country you are based in, rather than being shipped internationally from a single location.

We currently dispatch orders locally within:

This allows us to offer faster delivery, reduce long-distance shipping, and ensure your artwork arrives safely and efficiently.

Each piece is produced on demand to avoid waste and overproduction, allowing us to operate more sustainably as a small independent studio.

Shipping times begin after production has been completed.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
